The mechanism involves compressed air pushing down the piston's cylinder, with the piston linked to the upper vibrator by a positioning pin, effectively pressing the overlapping tape sections together.
Ingeniously designed, the pneumatic baler features an elliptical hole within the vibrator, which connects to the pneumatic motor's eccentric shaft. The high-speed rotation of the pneumatic motor propels the vibrator into rapid back-and-forth motion, ensuring a secure and robust weld every time.
