When compressed air activates the piston of the cylinder, it connects to the vibrator's upper section with a positioning pin, pressing down the overlapping straps.
An elliptical hole within the pneumatic baler's vibrator connects to the eccentric shaft of a high-speed pneumatic motor. This motor's rapid rotation propels the vibrator to move back and forth swiftly.
The pneumatic baler secures the lower section of the strapping tape with the bottom mold's triangular teeth, while the upper section, driven by the vibrator's triangular teeth, creates intense friction. This friction generates heat, welding the overlapping strap parts. Once the vibration timer hits the preset time, the welding process is complete.
