This PP strapping production line is used to produce fully automatic PP strapping and manual PP strapping for packaging.
The strap width is 5 ~ 19mm and the thickness is 0.4 ~ 1.2 mm.
The PP strapping tape production line is a high-end intelligent equipment with a PLC control system, a special screw for the extruder, a non-stop screen changer, etc. The PP strapping tapes produced are of consistent specifications and beautiful appearance, and are widely used in many industries.
The extrusion screw material of the PP strapping equipment is 38CrMoALA, and the metering extruder is particularly suitable for the production of high-end PP strapping. The extruder adopts a hopper-type automatic feeding system to make the performance of the extruder more stable.
