Begin by ventilating, then electrifying. Power down in reverse-electricity first, followed by air pressure. This seamless process ensures uninterrupted operation.

1) Experience precision with a servo motor that lays the cable, winding PP STRAP of 5-19mm width. Effortlessly select the ideal bandwidth via the touch screen, eliminating the need to manually adjust transmission gears.
2) Enjoy automated efficiency: Post-winding, the machine halts automatically. Simply replace the paper tube, cut and clamp the PP STRAP to secure the head, and the machine resumes its operation autonomously, completing the process with minimal intervention.
3) Employ advanced torque management with the servo motor. Adjust the winding torque through the intuitive touch screen, perfectly balancing the PP STRAP of varying weights or widths. This feature optimizes the torque to minimize any bending deformation, ensuring the integrity of the PP STRAP post-winding.
3) The winding shaft uses the torque mode of servo motor, and the torque during winding can be set through the touch screen, so that the PP STRAP with different gram weight or width can be wound with appropriate torque, so be best to minimize the bending deformation of the PP STRAP after winding.
