Product Description

The PP strapping production line is mainly composed of the following parts:
Feeder: transfers PP polypropylene raw materials to the machine barrel.
Extruder: used for melting and extrusion of plastics.
Die head: controls the molding of the extruded plastic strip.
Cooling water tank: cools the extruded plastic strip.
Stretching oven: ensures the stretching ratio of the strip and more uniform plastic molding.
Tractor: stretches the formed plastic.
Forming oven: further ensures the stability of the shape of the plastic.
Winding machine: winds the formed plastic strapping tape into rolls and puts it into storage.
PLC control system: controls the entire machine, specification debugging, and parameter ratio setting.
