Utilizing the heat generated from friction movement, the overlapping thermoplastic strapping tape is seamlessly fused together, a process aptly termed as 'friction welding.' Compressed air drives the piston's descent within the cylinder, where the piston connects with the upper section of the vibrator through a positioning pin. This mechanism ensures the vibrator effectively presses the overlapping segments of the strapping tape.
Ingeniously designed, the pneumatic baler's vibrator features an elliptical hole linking to the pneumatic motor's eccentric shaft. This motor, spinning at high velocity, propels the vibrator into rapid back-and-forth motion, enabling efficient strapping.
In the pneumatic baler, the strapping tape's lower section is securely clamped by the bottom mold's triangular teeth. Meanwhile, the upper section, driven by the vibrator's triangular teeth, undergoes intense friction. This process superheats and welds the overlapping tape parts. The welding process culminates when the vibration timer reaches its preset duration.
For added assurance, the pneumatic baler ensures the upper and lower PET strapping tape segments adhere firmly while being compressed and held for a few moments to achieve optimal cooling. This results in a straightforward and user-friendly operation.
